LibInsight admins can manage accounts and all areas while other users can be granted permissions for individual datasets.

While admin users have control over what datasets regular level accounts can access (along with the level of the account), all account holders have a set of their own LibInsight account settings that they can manage. This springboard will show the account settings available to regular-level users (admin users will also be able to change the level of the account), with the links below providing you more info on the available settings.

All users can customize a few settings related to their LibInsight accounts

The LibInsight homepage serves as a launchpad and dashboard for your system -- making it easy to access various datasets and settings, as well as see an overview of content in your system. Depending upon your user account settings, you may not be taken to the homepage when you first log into LibInsight -- each account can customize the page seen after signing in to LibInsight. However, you can always access it by clicking on Home in the command bar.

Instead of seeing the homepage, you can customize the page that you see immediately after signing in to LibInsight, and Admins can also set this for any account.
