LibGuide Issue Workflows: Report It, Assign It, & Tag It

Do you need to report an issue with LibGuides?

  1. Create a ticket in LibAnswers

  2. Choose "Initiated by You"

  3. Include guide title, URL, issue details, and/or screenshots

  4. Create Ticket

  5. Head to the LibAnswer's Dashboard

  6. Assign to "Jimenez, Christopher"

  7. Tag the issue with "LibGuides"

Is there an issue? Any issue?

Create a ticket! Track it! Get it resolved! Include it in I&RS's stats!

  • Create a ticket for the LibAnswers Dashboard

    • LibAnswers > "Tickets & FAQs" > "Create a Ticket or FAQ"

  • Are you in Primo VE / Alma?

    1. In the catalog or article record

    2. Scroll to "Links"

    3. Choose "Report a problem with this record"

  • Are you sending an email about an issue or answering an email about an issue?

    • Create a ticket when sending an email to the libchat listserv, eResources, Access Services, RefTech, or Dept Head

    • Or if responding to an issue from a student, staff, alumni, or faculty

      • In the email, cc "asklib@flu.libanswers.com" to create a ticket
