Decide on an instruction date; Try to pick a date that correlates with the research stage of an assignment (e.g. if there's a research paper, then assign an instruction session after students have developed or been assigned a thesis).
In case your date and time slot isn't available, please be sure to list at least two alternate dates for your session and make sure this form is submitted at least 7 working days in advance of each date.
You will be contacted by e-mail or by phone to confirm the date/time you have requested--or to schedule an alternate date.
