Print reference books on dietetics and nutrition are located in various subclasses, but mainly the QP, RM, and TX subclasses of the FIU Libraries' Reference Collection (in the Hub at the Green Library and on the second floor of the Hubert Library). See the RC and RJ subclasses for additional options with a public health or pediatric focus, respectively.
