The December Meeting will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, December 5-6.  On Wednesday, December 5 we will meet from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at FAMU. Lunch will be available beginning at 12:00 noon. On Thursday, December 6 we will meet from 8:30 a.m. to noon at the Florida Virtual Campus in Tallahassee.

A room block has been secured at the Aloft Tallahassee Downtown. This room block is available for the nights of Wednesday through Friday, December 5-7. Individual reservations can be made by phone at (850) 513-0313 and requesting the group code Florida Virtual Campus, or by using the direct booking link found here.

The room rate is $129 per night. Please note there is a $8 per day parking fee per vehicle. Reservations should be secured by Thursday, November 21 and must be guaranteed by a major credit card.

parking and directions

FAMU has a general parking lot directly across the street. The entrance to the parking lot is on Osceola Street, and it is a gravel parking lot. The appropriate number of parking spaces have been allocated and they will be roped off. The parking spaces will be available, prior to the meeting. No parking decal is needed. Upon leaving the parking lot, attendees can walk slightly uphill, towards the intersection of Martin Luther King Blvd and Osceola Street. Turn left onto Martin Luther King Blvd, and the Walter L. Smith Architecture Building is located on your left. Parking passes will be provided for those who are attending in person.

The FLVC location has open parking to the public.
