FIU Digital Project Guidelines and Help Materials

Note: This is process requires a dPanther admin account. If you need to have an OAI set created, please let the Digital Collections Admin know, and they will work with you to create the set.

1. Login as an administrator in dPanther/Sobek
2. Go to mydPanther > System Admin > Aggregation Management
3. Find the collection and click “edit” 
4. Click the “Metadata” tab
5. Check the “Include in OAI-PMH as a set?” box to add it as a set in the OAI-PMH repository
6. Click “Save” on the top
7. Go to the url: http://dpanther.fiu.edu/sobek/sobekcm_oai.aspx?verb=ListSets.
7. The aggregation will be displayed as a new set
