A gratitude journal will help you focus on the positive. Simply write down the things you are grateful for each day. 

You can start with  simple lists such as "I saw a rainbow" but more detail and depth creates greater gratitude and a higher likelihood you will continue.  Writing one to three times a week is sufficient.
