Book Discussion Study Group
- Identify the book(s) or chapter(s) to be studied
- Set ground rules for discussion protocol
- No interrupting
- No one member monopolizes the conversation
- Times when no one is talking is okay -- some people may be thinking about what was just discussed
- Issue a schedule of readings and meeting days/times
- Keep the discussion on the topic(s)
- Allow for varying opinions without personal criticism of the opinion holders
