First Thursdays @ the FIU Libraries

Guide to the Libraries' in-house presentation program which takes place on the First Thursday of most months each year.

So, what are you reading?

"So, what are you reading?" is an informal gathering of library staff who enjoy reading and sharing their impressions of books they've recently read.  We gather following most First Thursday presentations.  What began as 10-15 minutes of sharing has grown to 40 minutes or more.  If you don't attend the gatherings, you'll see that our tastes and interests are quite diverse, and we hope that you'll enjoy learning about some of the books that we've enjoyed and listed below.
