Data Presentation

Now that you have gathered and analyzed your data, you may be ready to submit your findings or publish your results. So, how should you present your data? The answer to that will depend on your variables (string/categorical or numeric), the volume of data, the medium you choose to display your data, and the message you wish to convey. It is also important to consider who will be viewing the data and how you can guide the narrative through design.

A successful visualization:

1. Has a clear audience and purpose
2. Includes only relevant content
3. Tells a story
