To obtain an up-to-the-minute email list :
1. Select the group you want to send a message to
2. Press the CREATE button
3. Highlight the list of email addresses produced
4. Press Control^C to copy the highlighted list
5. Select "New Message" from your email program
6. Place the cursor on the first "TO:" line
7. Press "Control^V" to paste the list
8. Press your "Down Arrow"
9. And voilà the list will resolve in a series of "TO:" addresses
10. Do this every time you're sending a group message

Caveat- These lists are as good as the information supplied -- so keep me informed!

To make a group distribution list in Netscape Messenger:
1. Press the CREATE button
2. Highlight and copy the email addresses
3. Open up Messenger
4. Under the Communicator file menu choose "Address Book" (or press Ctrl + Shift + 2)
5. Choose "New List" from the address book buttons
6. When the new list comes up, fill in the pertinent descriptive information in the top section
7. Go to the first line where it says "Type names or drag address..."
8. Paste the addresses that you copied in step 1
