The FIU Libraries welcome visitors at all times. The libraries are located on the University Park and Biscayne Bay Campuses. Hours of operation and most services are identical at both libraries.
If you believe you will need to use the FIU Libraries more than once or for extended research, you are encouraged to become a Library Associate, which will provide you with a library card and allow you to check-out materials for three weeks. If you are an FIU Alumni, a retired FIU faculty member, a community college student, or are otherwise associated with FIU, click here.
The following services are available to visitors. Costs, if any, are noted. For further information, please contact Douglas Hasty, Head, Access Services Department (Green Library, University Park Campus) or Steve Switzer, Access Services Librarian (Biscayne Bay Campus)
