MAY 3, 2007 -- SDC Platinum: Bankruptcies database is now available. It can be accessed only through computers near windows in ERC (Green Library, 2nd floor).
Based on SEC documents, bankruptcy court filings, reorganization plans, and news sources, provides data searchable by various factors, from company name to creditors, securities, financial profile, etc. Includes U.S. companies with assets of $1million (1980-88) or, after 1988, public with $10 million or private with $50 million in assets. This bibliography manager allows users to import references from online databases. These references can then be used to easily create bibliographies for research papers. DECEMBER 8, 2006 -- Pre-CINAHL has been integrated with CINAHL Plus with Full Text and is no longer available as a separate database.
DECEMBER 4, 2006 -- Index to Printed Music: Collections & Series (IPM) is now available via BiblioLine. Combines the Index Database, the Bibliography Database and the Names Database for finding individual pieces of music printed in standard scholarly editions. Because it indexes each individual piece in a collection, it provides superior access for scholars, performers, teachers, and other researchers. Music for specific performing forces is easily retrievable.
NOVEMBER 30, 2006 -- JSTOR: Arts & Sciences III and Arts & Sciences IV collections are added. These two collections include over 250 journals.
Arts & Sciences III makes available additional journals in language and literature, as well as important titles in the fields of music, film studies, folklore, performing arts, religion, and the history and study of art and architecture.
