Steps to Finding Articles
- Go to the Library Homepage. - http://library.fiu.edu/
- Click off-campus access

- Click Research (tab @ top).

- Try the Quick Research Databases (Academic Index, Omni File Full Text Mega, and Proquest)

- Sample Search in Academic OneFile

- Sample Search in Proquest

- Notice the suggested topicsin Proquest. Click on one if it is right on target.

- When you find an article you want, look for a link to the full-text. If it doesn't exist, click FIND IT @ FIU. This will open a new window and search for the full-text across more than 300 databases.

- If the FIND IT @ FIU menu says: Sorry, no holdings were found for this journal. This means the full-text is not online but it doesn't mean you can't get the article!
- Use Intercampus Loan to request an article delivered to your desktop from one FIU Campus to another.
- Use Interlibrary Loan to request an article delivered to your desktop when it is not in FIU Libraries.
