FLEX - Faculty Library EXpress Delivery Service

Service Availability and Information:

• Requests are processed:  Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  FLEX Service is unavailable during semester intercessions and holidays.
• Requests may be submitted at any time.
• Requests submitted during semester intercessions and holidays will be processed as soon as classes resume.

Please Note:

• Articles via Desktop Delivery -- articles in library print journals will be sent via desktop delivery to the email address of your choice.
• Books Pull-and-Hold -- books in the library will be routed for you to pickup at either the Green Library Circulation Desk, Biscayne Bay Library Circulation Desk, or Engineering Library Services Center (your choice).

FLEX Requests are submitted via ILLiad.  Go to ILLiad and enter "FLEX"  in the Notes Field.
