Services for Retired Faculty and Staff

Available Services

1. On-campus use of Library resources, databases, full-text resources, and most services
2. Intercampus Loan and Interlibrary Loan
3. Borrowing books, most audio-visual materials
4. Recall, Renew, and In-Process requests, both online and in person
5. Photocopiers and networked printers -- copy card purchase is required
6. Off-site access to the library catalog, some databases, full-text resources *
7. Your FIU Panther ID card is your permanent library card. Please retain this card after you have retired.
8. No limit to the number of checkouts
9. Loan period of 120 days with renewals when possible 

* Off-campus access to some electronic databases maybe restricted because of licensing and contractual agreements with vendors.
