Welcome to the FIU Library's guides to doing research in the field of law for non-Law School students. Below, to the left, are guides to the main sources (databases, books, websites) available to FIU students and employees.  In the center are guides to using specific resources, as well as suggestions on how to proceed in doing specific types of research.

Database and Research Techniques

Online Legal Research.  A brief guide to doing legal research.  This 6-unit tutorial explains the types of law, the databases available, and how to search the databases.
